PLASTISOL Coating
Thickness: 100, 150 or 200 microns. Tough, abrasion resistant
Polyvinyl Chloride paint with excellent corrosion resistance.
Available in smooth or embossed graniite and leathergrain finishes. Typical Applications: Cladding, Flashings, Roofing, Shelving
and Coldstores.
POLYESTER Coating Thickness: Normally
25 Microns. Paint finish can readily be fabricated. Widely used
in the white goods/consumer durables industry. Available with high
gloss levels. Typical Applications: Washing Machines, Fluorescent Light
Fittings and Domestic Heating Equipment.
PVF2 Coating Thickness: 27
Microns.
A long life stain resistant Polyvinyl Fluoride paint finish particularly

A grained combination coating which is extremely hard giving an

A polyester or acrylic metallised paint finish which is particularly
corrosion resistant and attractive from a design aspect. Typical Applications: Wall Partitions, Doors, Panels and

PVC LAMINATE Coating Thickness: 100

A tough synthetic foil bonded to the steel substrate by an adhesive.
Good damage resistance and fabrication characteristics. Wide range
of colours including woodgrain. Typical Applications: Office Furniture, Domestic Appliances,

PRIMER COAT Coating Thickness: 5 -
10 Microns.
A low cost product which allows components to be readily overcoated
with conventional paint systems without preparation. Typical Applications: Garage Doors, Industrial Shelving and
